Student Council wanted to thank all classes for their wonderful contributions to our non-perishable food challenge. We would like to congratulate the 7-2 class for their outstanding participation in this challenge – please enjoy your treats. 7-2 brought in 259 items. As a whole school, we brought in 613 items! Due to the success of this challenge, Student Council has decided to waive the canned food entry fee for the dance. Please just bring your toonie to the door (and wear white). Thanks again for all your support in helping families in need this holiday season!

Last Friday, student council held a dance for the school. To get into the dance students had to bring $2. As a school we had collected food items which we donated to the Goodwill Holiday Program. Also from the money collected student council donated $200.00 to ALS Society of Ontario. The dance was a huge success and everyone had a great time!
