The summer has flown by and it is time to get the backpacks ready.  School starts on Tuesday September 6, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. For your child’s class placement, they will be posted on the door closest to the parking lot on Friday, September 2, 2016 at 4 p.m.

Please remember that a great deal of care and consideration has gone into preparing class lists.  They are the result of hours and hours of reflection.  Things that are considered in our class placements include: academic needs, social needs, special education supports, learning styles, even distribution of gender numbers (although we have a lot more boys in Grade 8 than girls) and our knowledge of how all these factors interplay with learning dynamics.

We are so excited to see everyone on Tuesday!  Enjoy your last week of summer vacation.
