Where did the summer go?  The crisp morning air reminded me that fall is upon us.  The school has been full of teachers getting ready for the exciting new year ahead of us.  With an additional section of Grade 7, we school now will have 9 active homerooms.  We are happy to welcome some new faces to our Park Manor family.  Ms. Piche will be our new French Immersion teacher, and Ms. Pullan will be teaching our Core French program.  Ms. Schmitt will be joining our school to provide additional support in the classrooms.  Mr. Jensen will be our CYW this year (Ms. Wiens has taken a leave of absence for the year) and Mrs. Weissenboeck will be teaching Grade 7.

Our other staff members are: Ms. Bouw (Spec Ed/Math), Ms. Brezynskie (FI/Math), Mr. Frey (Music/Drama/Math), Mr. Lubert (PE), Ms. McEachern (Grade 7 LA/History/Geography), Ms. McKenzie (Spec Ed, Gr. 8 LA/History/Geography), Ms. Neely (Gr. 8 LA, Guidance), Mr. Phillips (Science), Mr. Slemmon (Art, LA, Math), Ms. Brubacher (Classroom support), Ms. Grant (Library), Mrs. Brown (Office), Mr. Henderson (custodian), Ms. Martz (custodian).  We are so lucky to have some of the finest staff in the region!

We are excited to start the new school year! We have  many fun activities planned for our first week back and encourage the students to jump right in.

Welcome back everyone!  See you on Tuesday.
